A strong voice that's not afraid to speak out against everything that's wrong with today's world; someone who thinks deeply about issues and confronts them boldly but with understanding and compassion.

Critical thinking – questioning things that are viewed as the norm and never accepting things at face value.
Why do women’s voices need to be heard more than ever, given the current state of the world?
Let's face it, men haven't done a particularly good job of late, have they? Common sense, the strength to stand against injustice, and the courage to hold the powers that be to account, mixed in with a healthy dose of empathy and built on a foundation of basic humanity and dignity – these are qualities that women have in abundance, and we need to speak up for those who can't speak for themselves.
